"Ergonomic & Fast"
The flexible 3D welding table FSMT-1 can be rotated 360° and tilted 90°, so you can always set the ideal position at an ergonomic height.
The 400x400x12mm worktop is held in the D16 | Ø16mm grid and has an additional row of holes for fixing in a vertical plane. The FSMT-1 3D welding table has an overall height of 312mm and can be tilted continuously +- 90° in both directions.
Advantages
Ergonomic working position
By raising the working position by 300mm, welding can be done in a natural upright position. This makes working noticeably more comfortable and less tense.
Lockable angular plane
The function as a lockable angular plane serves as a facilitator and increases precision for 3D special constructions as well as for simple steel constructions. In addition to the countless possible applications of the flexible 3D welding table, its use in pipeline construction should also be mentioned, where the bottles can be positioned precisely using the freely adjustable welding table.
Reduced pollutants
Another positive effect of the raised welding position is the flow of welding smoke, which now rises in front of the welding helmet instead of below it. This significantly reduces the exposure to pollutants with conventional welding helmets.
